Terms of service
T.O.S. FOR ILLUSTRATIONS-
1. If you have any questions regarding the Terms of Service, please contact me.2. Payment will be through paypal. If the total is more then $40 usd, 50% of the total will need to be payed before I start sketching and the rest after I finish. If after seeing the sketch, you don't wish to continue then that can be discussed. (if the total is $40 or less, please pay all upfront)3. I have the rights to post my works and its progress on social media.4. My clients have the right to tell me to wait until they’ve revealed the commissions results first.5. I have the rights to use my works as my portfolio.6. I have to be notified of any changes on references before I start my work. Any changes made after I start working on commissions will be considered as a major revision.7. Files will be sent to my clients via gdrive link.8. Only 3-4 minor revisions are allowed depending on the package, additional revisions will be charged $5 for minor revisions and $10 for major revisions depending on complexity and will increase turnaround time. Revisions will be counted after the sketch process.a. Major revisions are revisions which fully change the concept from the initial one such as changing the attributes, illustrations, and color palette.b. Minor revisions are revisions which only change small details of the work such as slightly changing the colors (shade, saturation, brightness), patterns, shadow, small attributes like sparkles or background shapes, etc.9. I require my clients to be communicative, if my clients are not responsive during the design process within 2x24 hours, I will continue the design as I see fit.10. I will REJECT commissions that:
a. I am not comfortable with or not my style.
b. Doesn’t have any certainty of whether it will be continued or not.
c. Doesn’t have clear reference(s).11. Please tell me specifically what you're looking for or if you're still uncertain, please give me full creative discretion over the design.
Permissions
1. You don’t have permission to use my works for profit such as merch unless discussed about privately.2. Using my work requires credit. I require my clients to credit me as @Kanimiko_ properly such as in twitch description and in tags on posts.3. Please do not claim my works as your own.4. Only my clients are allowed to use my works, except for works that I have explicitly said to be free to use. Please still credit me properly if you do use those works.5. I DO NOT ALLOW my works to be posted on sites such as Pinterest. Please do notify me if you do see my works there.6. I DO NOT ALLOW tracing or heavy referencing of my character designs.
